The booking of our apartment is settled by a two copies contract from individual to individual. Each copy must be initialed and signed by the two parties.

The apartment is rented to two people only. Sublease and housing of persons other than those who signed the contract are forbidden. Visits of third parties are allowed as long as they do not cause a nuisances to the neighborhood.

A 500 euros deposit will be transferred to our bank account before your arrival which will be returned as soon as possibe, after the exit state of the premises and the calculation of per exemple, the amount of heating in winter, or else in taking into account a restraint in case of degradation.

Children under 15 yeards old can be mentioned on the record of an adult accompanying them. Those records, kept during 6 months, can be given upon demand to the policing services of Gendarmerie. Transmission can be made by internet.
