The Yacht Club is located on the Taurus site. It is aiming to develop and promote nautical activities at Mèze. It is organizing big competitions (Golden Oldies, French and European handivalide Championships, etc.), young instructors training, open beach activities for vacantioners and children. A parasport activity is also proposed.

Within a few minutes walking from Seaside, you will adore lazing on nice faily and quiet beaches aways from the northern wind, cleaned and secured by the Mèze lifeguards. They are available to you all alog the littoral walk from the Conque to the port. For the sportiest, the kayaking and paddle club is organiszing lovely rides along the coastline.

Within 10 minutes walk from the Seaside apartment, using the promenade along the Etang, you'll reach the marina where you will find lots of restaurants. At the marina, you will also be able to do boat excursions ont the Etang de Thau, seashell farms or rent a self-drive boat.. Then, passing by the Chapelle of the Penitents of Mèze, you will reach the fishing port were you can admire the fishing nets drying.

A shuttle boat between Sete and Mèze, is sailling 7 times a day, 7 days a week from 6 June to 18 September. The shuttle boat locks just in front of Sète train station. You can reach Meze by getting off the TGV at Sete or visit the city of Sète when you spend your holidays in Mèze. Bikes allowed on board.

The halls of Meze are 10 mn walk from the apartment. There you will find many local shops, fishmongers, butchers, greengrocers and all you need foryour aperitif! Open everyday but Monday. Every Thursday and sunday morning, there is an open market for of Occitan and local products just in front of the Halle and Place Aristide Briand.
