Delivered at the end of 2021, it is located on the second floor with elevator of a small 3-storey residence in the Taurus district of Mèze, facing the Thau basin, with a very beautiful view of the port of the Yatch club (Taurus) , on Mont Saint Clair in Sète. Facing south, the terrace is protected from the prevailing North East wind.
